ORDERING

To make an order please order from our website and complete check out.

Generally at least 48 hours notice is required for grazing boxes and seven (7)  days for grazing tables. Bookings will always be subject to availability and at times we may have to contact you if there are items which are unavailable if outside of our control. To avoid disappointment, please place your orders as far in advance as possible!

For urgent orders, please contact us directly before making an order.

All prices exclude GST and payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer via Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to check out).

 

CLEANING / BREAKAGE BOND

For full grazing table set ups, there will be a bond taken on top of your final balance. If any hired items are returned dirty, costs will be recovered through the bond.

If any hired items are returned damaged or are missing upon collection, the customer is liable and will be charged for the replacement of the damaged items.

FOOD HANDLING

For full grazing table orders, we strongly suggest the set up is done in the coolest / most shaded area of your event. Decisions about this are of course let up to the host however due to the nature of perishable foods, it should be consumed within an hour of delivery / set up if left unrefrigerated. We also recommend avoiding leaving any food direct sunlight or outside of refrigeration for extended periods of time.

Pantry Tale cannot be accountable for the freshness or shelf life of the food once it has been left on display.

DELIVERY / TRAVEL

Delivery & travel fees may apply. These will be calculated when you provide the location of your event.

You must be present to accept the delivery of your platter boxes. We will not leave these unattended / not signed for by the customer or a delegated representative. Pantry Tale accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions.

 

GRAZING TABLE SERVICE

Depending on the size of your graze and what is included, please allow 1 – 2 hours for us to set up. Should a pack down be required, please allow 30 minutes – 1 hour. Surcharges apply. If you do not request pack down, all platters must be clean upon return. If they are not, a cleaning fee will be taken from your bond.

Included in your cost is napkins. If you wish to purchase bamboo cutlery and disposable plates, please let us know and we can quote accordingly.

Grazing tables are sold as self-service – so please note onsite staff and utensils for all the food types are not included in the cost.

Should you require a specific theme and/or styling (including props or flowers) we can certainly assist and organise a quote upon request.

 

ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCES

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allegories or intolerances well in advance. Pantry Tale will cater for a variety of intolerance’s, allergies and preferences, it must be understood that even when these items are labeled and separated from other foods, allergens may still be present in minute quantities and that our platters are not prepared in an 100% allergen-free environment.

Pantry Tale does it’s best to minimise cross contamination however cannot accept liability whatsoever to any allergic reaction by a Customer as a result of consuming a Pantry Tale product. This is due to the information presented herein, plus it cannot be guaranteed at any event, that other foods were not added to the grazing tables or that Pantry Tale grazing boxes did not come in contact with other food prepared elsewhere.

If you have guests who have allergies or intolerances, it is important to let them know that we cannot 100% guarantee an allergen free environment.
